Shifting our home during the pandemic was a daunting task. We got referred to Josh Cheema from a friend and from the very first meeting, you could see his passion. The meeting was less about selling/buying but more about strategy and education. To minimize our risk, we decided to sell first. We are both professionals so everything was delegated to Josh’s team including financials, renovations, staging and beyond. Our Condo got sold in under 5 days where the norm was 30 days and above asking. Although our lawyer dropped the closing 5 days before the date, Josh arranged an alternative within an hour. We wanted to save $$ by purchasing ASAP to avoid costly short term rentals. Josh was up for task, we saw about 40 properties in 4 weeks. He entertained our silly ideas with a smile.
